Job summary

• Provide feedback to Care Operations leadership.
• Ensure correction of note errors and inaccuracies.

As an RN Note Reviewer you will work remotely for approximately 20 hours per week Monday through Friday reviewing the notes of our Licensed Practical Nurses and providing feedback in relation to Medicare's Chronic Care Management (CCM) program.

Your day to day is...

• Reading notes taken by our LPN Care Coaches during check-in phone calls with patients
• Evaluate these notes based on criteria set by our customer, Medicare and CMS
• Ensure the notes are compliant and clinically meaningful
• Providing feedback on notes to our Care Operations leadership team
• Ensuring correction of any note errors or inaccuracies
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Active, unrestricted RN license (New Mexico or Compact License)
• Fluent in English
• Previous Note Auditing or Utilization Review Experience
• Experience with case management, home health, and/or care coordination
• Experience within Epic EHR
• Organized and autonomous
• A STRONG internet-connected computer
• Committment to work at least seven hours per week

• Remote work experience

Benefits

Compensation:

This role is project-based. It is NOT hourly. You will be compensated per audit completed.

• The requirement is to complete one chart audit per assignment, with a turnaround time of 24-48 business hours
• Expected pay range: $30-35 an hour.
• Expected total monthly earnings potential: $675 - 825 per month
• Flexible weekday schedule.
  
  

This is a 1099 contract position with no end date.

(RN Note Reviewers are responsible for their own taxes and insurance as well as equipment.)
