Care Initiatives seeks an Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting. The role supports daily clinical operations across the unit, ensuring quality care and resident safety.

You will administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and providers to promote teamwork and compliance with regulations. A valid Iowa RN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in Iowa.
• CPR certification current and active.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit ensuring quality care and safety.
