Care Initiatives is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate care team across more than 40 skilled nursing communities in Iowa. This role offers full-time or part-time shifts with a 3-day schedule and no weekends, providing direct patient care and ensuring resident safety.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and providers, and document care in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Formación

• Valid RN license in good standing (Iowa)
• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations
• Strong commitment to compassionate, respectful patient care

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
• Support daily clinical operations on the unit to ensure quality care and resident safety.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Collaborate with CNA, LPN, providers and other team members to promote teamwork and high-quality care.
• Communicate care needs effectively with residents and families.
• Document care to meet clinical, regulatory, and facility standards.
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good standing. License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate.
• Current, valid CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws.
• A strong commitment to helping others and consistently treating them with empathy, respect, patience, and discretion.
