Job summary

Perimeter Behavioral Health is seeking a Behavioral Health RN to join our dedicated nursing team in Saint Robert, Missouri. You will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adolescents and adults within our behavioral health setting.

The role emphasizes comprehensive assessments, care planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes. Shifts are 12 hours with weekend rotation, full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license or eligibility.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent nursing care to adolescents and adults in our behavioral health setting.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly through daily progress notes.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement measurable treatment goals.
• Create and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment that protects patients' rights.
• Build professional relationships with patients, families, and staff members.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination.
• Mentor and support nursing team members.
• Advocate for patient needs and ensure quality of care.
