Job summary

Perimeter Healthcare in Missouri is seeking full-time RN night shift nurses for Primrose, a 15-bed residential program addressing adolescent behavioral health with complex medical needs. A $10k sign-on is offered for August 2026 hires, with full benefits for FT staff.

Qualifications

• Missouri RN license or eligible compact license.
• Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support).
• Experience in pediatrics or behavioral health preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Willing to work scheduled shifts and rotate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document patient information from nursing assessments and information from family or guardian.
• Evaluate each resident's care and develop/update nursing care plans.
• Set measurable goals on the multidisciplinary treatment plan with the team and resident.
• Assist patients through admission and discharge processes.
• Document nursing interventions and resident responses in progress notes.
• Provide general nursing care as required.
• Develop therapeutic relationships with residents and encourage independence.
• Serve as a role model for residents and support their autonomy.
• Assess residents' physical and emotional needs and adjust care accordingly.
• Collaborate on discharge planning with the treatment team.

Primrose is a 15-bed residential facility that offers treatment for adolescent behavioral issues while also accommodating individuals with medically complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and documents patient information based on data collected through nursing assessments and information obtained through family and/or primary caregiver or guardian.
• Evaluates each resident's care and produces a nursing assessment and up-to-date nursing care plan.
• Develops measurable goals on the multi-disciplinary treatment plan that is mutually set with the treatment team and the resident.
• Assist patients through admission and discharge processes.
• Documents nursing intervention and resident response in progress notes.
• Provides general nursing care as required.
• Develops a therapeutic relationship with assigned residents.
• Encourages resident's independent behavior.
• Serves as a role member for the residents.
• Assess resident's physical needs and emotional needs.
• Collaborates with the treatment team in completing the discharge plans for patients.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN licensure or qualified compact license.
• Currently certified in basic life support.
• Prefer some previous experience in healthcare preferably with pediatrics or behavioral health. New graduates are welcome to apply!
• Must be willing to work assigned shifts and rotate weekend shifts.
