Job summary

Woodland Heights Medical Center is seeking an RN for night shift in Med/Surg to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. You will assess, plan, administer meds, monitor patients, and collaborate with the team to meet outcomes.

Requirements include RN license and BCLS; ACLS/PALS preferred. Telemetry experience and strong clinical skills are valued. Join a facility with a 149-bed campus and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.
• Licensure as RN with Basic Life Support at minimum; ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess patients thoroughly and document findings.
• Administer medications, monitor effects, and document administration.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team on care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in code team activities.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
