Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking an RN for Night shift in the Advanced Heart Failure ICU. You will collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to provide professional nursing care, conduct nursing assessments, educate patients, and maintain accurate medical records.

The role follows MHHS nursing career ladders (RN I–IV) with progression based on experience. Requires Texas nursing license and BLS; BSN preferred.

• Current State of Texas license or compact license to practice nursing; BLS required.
• Experience levels: RN I <1 year; RN II 1-3 years; RN III 3-10 years; RN IV 10+ years.

Provides professional nursing care to patients, including conducting nursing assessments, assisting with exams and treatment, patient education, and maintenance of medical records. MHHS hires RNs based on years of experience groupings.
