Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Night Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team at Montgomery County Jail in Clarksville, TN. The role focuses on delivering quality patient care through steady leadership while the facility operates through the night.

The RN Night Supervisor will coordinate nursing operations, supervise staff, and provide clinical guidance to ensure safety and continuity of care. Experience in corrections settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the overnight nursing team while keeping patient care on track.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource when questions arise and quick thinking matters.
• Coordinate nursing operations to promote efficient, high-quality care.
• Assist with assessments, treatments, medication administration, and emergency response.
• Promote compliance with nursing practices, policies, and correctional healthcare guidelines.
• Coach, mentor, and encourage nurses to bring their best to every shift.
• Collaborate with medical providers and facility staff to support continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality assurance.
