Complete Care in New Jersey is seeking an RN Night Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead night nursing operations and coordinate care for residents. This role requires strong supervision, documentation accuracy, and adherence to privacy standards.

The ideal candidate holds an active NJ RN or LPN license with LTC experience, and familiarity with Point Click Care. Duties include overseeing assessments, patient-family communication, and ensuring safe, consistent care throughout the night.

Qualificações

• Active NJ RN or LPN license
• Experience in long-term care nursing
• Supervisory nursing experience
• Ability to manage nursing documentation and assessments
• Ability to work the third shift

Responsabilidades

• Administering treatments and documentation
• Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs
• Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing related needs
• Ensuring patient records are filled out and accurate
• Following security measures to ensure patients’ information is safe and confidential
• Managing discharge documents, patient health history forms, admission/discharge documents
• All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
