Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital in North Knoxville (Powell) is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts. You will provide compassionate inpatient post-ICU care, perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, document meticulously, and participate in rapid response events.

A $15,000 sign-on bonus accompanies a strong orientation and growth opportunities. Required RN license and BLS; ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Strong patient care and critical thinking abilities.
• Accurate and timely medical record documentation.
• Proficient clinical assessment and interpretation of labs/telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Transcribe and process medical orders accurately.
• Document using appropriate systems and ensure timely reporting.
• Respond to rapid response and code events.
• Counsel patients and families about care and treatment.
