Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Florence is seeking an Registered Nurse for our night shift to deliver compassionate, high-quality care for patients in rehabilitation. A $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time night shift is available.

Short-term assignment options may also exist. Join a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation leader, with opportunities for growth, education, and teamwork across departments to support patient recoveries and goals.

Qualifikationen

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate milestones achieved by our patients.

Kenntnisse

CPR certification
