Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Florence is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and potential short-term assignments. You will supervise care, assess patients, and tailor care plans to support rehabilitation goals in a supportive, technology-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred; rehab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate patient victories and milestones.
