Southern Health Partners is seeking an experienced RN Night Shift Supervisor to oversee the Montgomery County Jail nursing operations during the overnight hours. You will provide clinical leadership, support your team, and help ensure high-quality patient care in a secure correctional setting.

The role requires an active Tennessee RN license and prior nursing leadership. You will coordinate daily tasks, assist with assessments and medication administration, respond to emergencies, and mentor

Qualifikationen

• Active Tennessee RN license is required.
• Previous nursing leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.

• Provide leadership and supervision for the night shift nursing team.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for nursing staff during overnight hours.
• Coordinate daily nursing operations to ensure efficient patient care.
• Assist with patient assessments, treatments, medication administration, and emergency response as needed.

• Coach, mentor, and encourage team members while promoting a positive work environment.
