Job summary

Life Care Centers of America seeks a Registered Nurse to join our subacute unit team. You will deliver high-quality nursing care and assess patients, adjusting care plans as needed. Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs within an interdisciplinary team.

Night shift 11 p.m.–7 a.m., Tuesday–Friday, with competitive wages and the Subacute Unit Differential. Active RN licensure in good standing is required, with a nursing diploma and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or higher is required.
• Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients and perform ongoing assessments.
• Revise care plans based on patients' evolving conditions.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs within an interdisciplinary team.
