Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the night shift (6:30pm–6:30am). This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, life, disability insurance, and a 401K.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will assess patient needs, revise care plans as conditions change, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs while upholding Life Care standards and regulations to ensure high-quality patient

Qualifications

• RN license active in the applicable state and in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required at hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and assessments to patients on the night shift.
• Evaluate patient needs and revise care plans as condition changes.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your role includes evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition. On a daily basis you must be able to provide clinical supervision to C N As and LPNs.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
