Steelville Care and Rehab is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our night shift-friendly team. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem options with competitive pay and a $1,500 sign-on bonus for qualified full-time staff.

Qualifications
- Missouri RN license required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Experience delivering nursing care in senior living or long-term care preferred.
Responsabilités
- Assist in all aspects of nursing and care for residents.
- Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans.
- Assess and document residents' conditions and needs.
- Implement physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
- Administer medications and start IVs as needed.
- Assign nursing tasks to team members according to resident needs.
- Maintain supplies and ensure equipment is clean and safe.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
