Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs. Multistate licensure may be required in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate care and resident education across interdisciplinary teams and staff.
