Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking an RN for the Mother/Baby Department Pool at South Florida Baptist Hospital in Plant City. This pool role covers evenings and nights with a rotating schedule and requires flexibility, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Florida.
• At least 18 months RN acute care experience.
• At least 1 year RN Mother/Baby experience.
• Associates Degree in Nursing.
• BLS and NRP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with inter-disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in plan of care.
• Organizes and updates plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others.
• Identifies patients at risk for injury and prepares room environment.
