Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Good Samaritan Society in Blackduck, MN provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process and collaborates with residents, families and the inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care. Shifts include 12-hour days and nights with part-time scheduling.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred).
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practice state.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
• Coordinates care with residents, families and interdisciplinary team; supports resident education and various nursing interventions.
