Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift to deliver compassionate nursing care within SNFs. You will assess patients, revise care plans, supervise CNAs/LPNs, and collaborate with therapists and doctors to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and active to practice.
• Nursing diploma or equivalent required; CPR certification.
• One year SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and revise care plans as needed.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
• Communicate effectively on an interdisciplinary team.
