Job summary

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing.
1 year skilled nursing experience preferred.
CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

Deliver quality nursing care to patients in an interdisciplinary team.
Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
Evaluate patient needs and revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition.
Ensure compliance with Life Care standards and applicable regulations.
