Job summary
Texas Health Resources is seeking a Registered Nurse III for Labor & Delivery on a PRN nights schedule at Rockwall. Responsibilities include direct nursing care for laboring patients and neonates, fetal monitoring, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Requires active Texas RN license and BCLS/ACLS within designated timelines. Ideal candidates have 1 year L&D experience, nursing diploma or higher, and demonstrated confidentiality and strong interpersonal skills in a fast-paced
Qualifications
- RN experience required, 1+ year in Labor & Delivery preferred.
- Texas RN license required upon hire.
- BCLS certification required prior to independent care, quarterly renewal.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for laboring patients and neonates.
- Monitor fetal status and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, quality care.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures.
