Job summary

Quorum Health Corporation in Forrest City, AR, is seeking an RN for Labor & Delivery/Nursery/Postpartum Nights with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. This full-time, on-site role requires an RN with an associate degree (Bachelor's preferred) to evaluate and document nursing care and assist physicians during examinations and procedures.

You will administer medications, teach patients and families about conditions and self-care, and work with a team to achieve goals in a dynamic unit.

Qualifications

• Evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care.
• Assists physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Administers medications within the RN scope of practice.
• Teaches patients and families to understand conditions, medications and self-care.
• Requires an associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient independence by establishing care goals.
• Reports to a manager or unit head.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
