Job summary

ThedaCare is seeking a Clinical Nurse RN for ThedaCare Medical Center - Waupaca. This full-time, 36 hours per week night shift (7:00 pm–7:00 am) includes every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation, located in Waupaca, Wisconsin.

Provide patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care with an interprofessional team, following Wisconsin Board of Nursing standards. You’ll support a culture of innovation and growth while delivering high-quality outcomes and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN licensure and BLS validation.
• BSN must be completed within five years of hire.
• ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients using the nursing process and develop a plan of care with the interprofessional team.
• Collaborate with the care team to provide high-quality outcomes and patient needs.
• Demonstrate clinical expertise in the assigned specialty and perform RN duties with appropriate age- and developmentally-appropriate care.
• Identify ways to improve the patient experience, streamline care, and lower costs while maintaining quality.
• Mentor and engage staff to retain expert clinicians and support professional development.
