The long term care Registered Nurse (RN) position at Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN requires active RN licensure, a patient-centered approach, and collaboration with residents, families and the care team to plan and deliver care across the full nursing spectrum.

Evening and night shifts with a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule, weekend/holiday rotations, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered to qualified full-time staff, including a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents across the full spectrum of care.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team.
• Demonstrate competency in nursing standards and ethics.
