Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent is seeking RNs for a dynamic float pool, with 36 hours per week and 7pm–7am night shifts. Rotating weekends and holidays, 3-12 hour shifts, base pay plus float premium for qualifying hours.

Requires an accredited nursing program completion, RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification. Two years of bedside hospital experience preferred. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and annual increases.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice.
• Two years of hospital bedside care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
