Qualifications

Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
No finding of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation in the registry.

Responsibilities

Deliver quality nursing care focused on resident outcomes using the nursing process.
Identify needs and provide input for discharge planning and follow-up.
Assist with development of individualized care plans with residents and care team.
Implement plans consistently and cost-effectively, focusing on resident-centered outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals to update plans of care.
Maintain and deliver optimum resident care and comfort with current nursing practices.
