Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire
• No findings in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care focused on resident outcomes.
• Assist discharge planning and follow-up during length of stay.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians and health care professionals on care plans.
• Ensure resident comfort and adherence to current nursing practices
