Job summary

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center in Bradenton, FL seeks Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time night shift float roles. Candidates with two or more years of RN experience may qualify for a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a supportive environment dedicated to exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in acute care (Med/Surg/Tele and ICU/PCU).
• Current BLS certification at time of hire (AHA or Red Cross).
• Active Florida or Compact Nursing License.
• Additional start-date certifications required for specific units (ACLS, NRP, NIH, PALS/CPI) within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care per facility policies and standards.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
• Communication, interpersonal, basic computer, and customer service skills required.
• Other duties as assigned.
