Universal Health Services is seeking an RN Night shift at Laurel Heights Hospital in Georgia. The role runs 7pm–7am with 12-hour shifts, providing psychiatric and behavioral patient care for youth and adolescents under the supervision of ADON and Directors.
You will assess and plan nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure documentation and education for patients and families, within standards of excellence.

Our comprehensive pediatric programs and services are designed to bring hope and healing to children and adolescents who face complex psychiatric, behavioral, and neurodevelopmental disorders. We strive to cater our approach to treatment to the needs of each child who comes into our care.
Treatment programs at Laurel Heights Hospital are structured for youth ages 6-17 who are dealing with general psychiatric difficulties and trauma. We also offer specialty mental healthprograms for children with co-occurring neurodevelopmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Our nursing teams feature a top‑of‑license approach utilizing a reliable cohort of RNs, LPNs & Unit Coordinators all dedicated to patient safety and quality care.
Works under the supervision of the ADON and the Director and is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating the total nursing care of assigned patients. The RN utilizes communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making to create a care plan for each patient based on physiological, psychosocial and cultural diversity. Responsible for supervising and delegating non‑professional personnel working directly with him/her to ensure optimum patient care. Must demonstrate competence in dealing with age‑related needs of the specific patient populations served in the nursing unit. Works under the direction of leadership and a multi‑disciplinary team to provide a comprehensive range of services or clinical care associated with and in accordance with standards of excellence established by Laurel Heights and facility goals and strategic plans.
