Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift opportunities with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Short-term contracts are available for flexible 12-week assignments, while our full-time roles offer stability and growth within a nationwide inpatient rehabilitation system.

As a Full-Time RN, you will deliver high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support patients’ rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
