Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift opportunities. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time night shift positions and flexible short-term (12-week) contracts alongside clear pathways to full-time roles.

As a dedicated RN, you will deliver high-quality patient care, collaborate within interdisciplinary teams, and guide patients toward therapeutic goals in a supportive rehabilitation environment.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• Current CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
