Job summary

Colonial Vista Post Acute in Oregon is seeking a registered nurse for night shifts on a full-time 12-hour schedule, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Wage is DOE: $39.98–$53.80 per hour.

The role requires an unencumbered RN license. You will deliver and supervise high-quality nursing care for residents, monitor changes in conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Washington State.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills.
