Aventura at Assumption Village in North Lima, OH is hiring registered nurses (RNs) to oversee care for residents, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and ensure high-quality clinical outcomes in a supportive environment.

Full-time night shift available with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay rates ($35–$38/hr). Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, daily pay, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused approach.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team of nursing staff.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
• Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
• Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
• Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts.
