Job summary

Monarch Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking compassionate RNs to join our skilled nursing team, delivering high-quality resident care.

You will administer medications, document care, supervise staff, and participate in team meetings to uphold safety and standards while supporting ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Missouri.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred.
• Excellent communication and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plans.
• Accurately document care and communicate with team.
