Green Palms Health & Rehab at Crawford is seeking an RN for night shift to provide direct patient care to residents, administer medications, and monitor vital signs. The role requires active Ohio RN licensure and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a collaborative care team.

You will develop individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate records, and participate in safety and infection control initiatives.

Requirements:
