We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on day shift at Green Palms Health & Rehab of Wintersville, located in Wintersville, OH. About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse on day shift, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents in a dedicated rehabilitation setting. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and ensure optimal health outcomes. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining accurate medical records and communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and maintaining accurate medical records

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Monitor patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust care plans as necessary

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and educational programs to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

• Current Ohio RN licensure

• Minimum 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
