Job summary

Southcoast Health is seeking an experienced RN for the Float Pool at St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford, MA. Night shift 11:15pm–7:15am with weekend and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent.
• Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or have an approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients under the direction of the Manager or designee.
• Participate in patient and family teaching and provide leadership by collaborating with the care team.
• Ensure care meets age-appropriate standards for the patient population.
