HCA Florida Mercy Hospital is seeking a RN NICU PRN to join our Level 3 NICU team in Miami. The nurse will manage admission and ongoing care of ill newborns, performing assessment, planning and evaluation while coaching ancillary staff and ensuring professional nursing standards.
Qualified candidates will hold a Florida RN license, BLS, NRP and STABLE (or obtain them per policy) and have NICU experience to support high-quality family-centered care in a premier hospital setting.

The registered professional nurse is responsible for the admission and care of ill newborns into the Level 3 NICU through the process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. In addition, the registered professional nurse prescribes, delegates, coordinates, supervises and evaluates patient teaching and the activities of the ancillary nursing personnel while maintaining the standards of professional nursing.
