Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night shift in Fort Collins, CO, working in the PVH Women’s Care unit. This onsite role requires a valid RN license and experience in maternal/newborn care, with a Night Shift Incentive program providing additional compensation.

You'll provide direct patient care, follow evidence-based nursing processes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes while supporting family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• 6 months Women and Infants nursing experience or UCHealth Fellowship.
• NRP within 6 months of hire; BLS by start date (card valid through 60 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Women and Infants units.
• Work night shifts onsite; participate in safety and quality initiatives.
• Support precepting and teamwork to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Work Schedule:Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift:Nights

Pay:$35.29 - $54.71 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Work nights, earn more - our Night Shift Incentive Program pays $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year) to full-time night shift RNs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 6 months of Women and Infants nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
• NRP 6 months from hire.
• BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
