This role involves leading patient care using the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Standards of Practice. Responsibilities include delegating tasks, ensuring quality patient outcomes, respecting diversity, and supporting strategic goals. The nurse demonstrates professional responsibility and supports the company's nursing philosophy.

Education

• Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing school.

Work Experience

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Certifications

• Required: Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Required: BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Preferred: Certification in a clinical specialty area.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
