Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse, you will oversee patient care provided by the healthcare team, utilizing a professional practice model. Your responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and evaluating patient responses.

What You'll Do
  1. Conduct detailed clinical assessments, prioritize patient and family needs, create, implement, and evaluate care plans. Adjust plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  2. Build relationships, manage discomfort, and maintain professionalism in therapeutic interactions with patients and families.
  3. Create care plans that reflect patient values and aid in problem resolution.
  4. Educate patients, families, nurses, and community members to empower healthcare decisions. Regularly assess and document learning needs.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues and the community to develop care plans. Delegate tasks carefully and follow up promptly.
  6. Employ various problem-solving strategies with patients, families, and staff. Recognize limitations and prioritize safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in care delivery.
  7. Achieve goals through teamwork, recognize contributions, and support peer development. Demonstrate a commitment to community service.
