The Role You’ll Contribute:

Responsible for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the healthcare team and the patient/family to identify and meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Promotes the health, well-being, and safety of the patient through the nursing process, adhering to care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrates accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.

The Value You’ll Bring to the Team:
  • Assess patient needs through observation, interviews, review of medical records, and clinical data. Evaluate responses and intervene to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans and monitor outcomes in accordance with nursing standards and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrate competency in interventions such as IV therapy, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection.
  • Promote, advocate, and collaborate to protect patient health, safety, and rights.
