Job summary

UCHealth in Longmont, CO seeks a NICU RN for the LPH NICU. This on-site, full-time role offers dayshift (72 hours per pay period) and a pay range of $35.29 to $54.71 per hour, depending on experience.

You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and may serve as a preceptor for new staff. Requires RN licensure, BLS, NRP within 3 months, and NICU experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• RN licensure required.
• 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience or UCHealth Fellowship completion.
• NRP within 3 months of hire.
• BLS/CPR through AHA or Red Cross and valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the NICU using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Mentor and precept new staff or trainees as needed.
