Job summary

PeaceHealth in Vancouver, WA is seeking an experienced RN for our Level III NICU on the night shift (0.90 FTE). This full‑time role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to provide family‑centered care for our smallest patients.

The position offers an hourly range of $56.92–$86.09, plus a night differential and comprehensive benefits; a collective bargaining agreement guides compensation. Required: WA MSL RN license, BLS at hire, and NRP within 6 months; prior NICU Level III

Qualifications

• 1 year of NICU Level III nursing experience (required)
• 3+ years of neonatal nursing in a Level III NICU (preferred)
• Active WA/MSL Registered Nurse license (required)
• Basic Life Support - upon hire (required)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required within 6 months of hire)

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care needs of NICU patients
• Document patient care according to established standards
• Direct and delegate care to team members based on competence and credentials
• Maintain professional effectiveness through education and development
• Participate in policy, safety, quality, and infection-prevention initiatives
• Support interdisciplinary collaboration
• Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly range: $56.92- $86.09

Hiring rate depends on terms in the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
