Job Summary
- Shift timings: 06:45-19:15 Hours; Monday to Friday (3 Days/12 Hours)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Providing round-the-clock care to premature and severely ill newborn infants.
- Caring for the basic needs of infants, such as feeding and changing diapers.
- Performing medical procedures, including inserting intravenous lines, conducting tests, and administering medications.
- Assisting NICU physicians in medical procedures and treatments.
- Using and adjusting specialized medical equipment.
- Formulating nursing plans and evaluating the effectiveness of treatments.
- Comforting ill newborns and comforting anxious parents and family members.
- Offering support and education to parents and family members on at-home care of their newborn.
Certifications & Clearance Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
- STABLE Certification
