Job Summary

• Shift timings: 06:45-19:15 Hours; Monday to Friday (3 Days/12 Hours)
• Per week: 36 Hours

Roles & Responsibilities

• Providing round-the-clock care to premature and severely ill newborn infants.
• Caring for the basic needs of infants, such as feeding and changing diapers.
• Performing medical procedures, including inserting intravenous lines, conducting tests, and administering medications.
• Assisting NICU physicians in medical procedures and treatments.
• Using and adjusting specialized medical equipment.
• Formulating nursing plans and evaluating the effectiveness of treatments.
• Comforting ill newborns and comforting anxious parents and family members.
• Offering support and education to parents and family members on at-home care of their newborn.

Certifications & Clearance Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
• STABLE Certification
