Job summary

Piedmont Cartersville is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, following standard nursing processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care. You will work within organizational policies and maintain professional growth and accountability.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient care activities of assigned staff to deliver high-quality nursing care and ensuring adherence to standards of practice in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Georgia RN licensure or NLC/eNCL multistate license is required.
• BCLS—Basic Life Support is required.
• Advanced certification in specialty area, if applicable.

Education

Work Experience

• No experience required New Graduates of a nursing program eligible Required
• Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting Preferred
• 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNCL Multistate License. Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
