Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN for NICU coverage in California for a 13-week night shift. The role requires a California RN license, NICU experience, and current certifications (BLS, NRP, STABLE). Previous charge experience and patient ratio management are highly valued.

The position entails providing high-quality neonatal care under the supervision of a Charge Nurse, with a 12-hour night shift. Travel-friendly, length of assignment negotiable.

Qualifications

• NICU experience required or preferred.
• California RN License required.
• Charge nurse experience is a must-have.
• Certifications: AHA BLS, NRP, S.T.A.B.L.E. are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows clear direction and defined procedures to provide support to physicians and registered nurses.
• Integrates education, technical competence, and patient interaction skills to execute safe and precise treatment.
• All care is performed in a NICU setting under the supervision of a Charge Nurse.
• Demonstrates effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
• Adheres to guidelines and policies related to patient care and unit operations.
• Ensures compliance with all required documentation and regulatory standards.
• Participates in ongoing education and development to enhance nursing practice and patient care quality.
