Job summary

Allendale Nursing & Rehab is seeking an experienced RN for part-time 2nd & 3rd shifts with every other weekend on the 1st shift. Shifts include 8- and 12-hour scheduling to fit flexible needs.

You will provide direct nursing care per resident care plans, administer medications, collaborate with CNAs, monitor residents, and ensure documentation and regulatory compliance. The role offers competitive pay and a direct care incentive in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Michigan)
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Team-oriented mindset with resident-care focus
• Positive, dependable attendance and reliability

Compensation

• RN COMPENSATION - New Higher Wages!!
• $43.40 - $46.65 / hour Based on experience + MI direct care incentive + 2nd shift differential

Sign-On Bonus Details

• RN: $6,000 (Full-Time), $2,500 (Part-Time) (paid in installments)
