Job summary

Allendale Nursing & Rehab is seeking an LPN on a part-time basis for 2nd & 3rd shifts, with 8- and 12-hour rotations and occasional 1st shift every other weekend, in Allendale, MI. Atrium Centers backs nurses with strong support, ESOP ownership, and stable schedules.

compensation ranges from $35.40 to $37.90 per hour based on experience, plus MI direct care incentive and 2nd shift differential. Sign-on bonuses apply for full- and part-time positions.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (Michigan) is required.
• Long-term care experience is preferred.
• Team-oriented mindset is important.
• Positive, dependable attendance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments.
• Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary care team.
• Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition.
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Skills

• LPN COMPENSATION - New Higher Wages!!
• $35.40 – $37.90 / hour Based on experience + MI direct care incentive + 2nd shift differential

Sign-On Bonus Details

• LPN: $5,000 (Full-Time), $2,000 (Part-Time) (paid in installments)
